Welcome! Please note the following requirements for entering the Sri Rajarajeswari Pitham.

• Braid or tie loose hair firmly with a hairband.
• Leave shoes on the shoe rack.
• Dress modestly keeping the legs covered.
  Please consider wearing the sari, half-sari or dhoti, as these are the most auspicious and traditional forms of temple attire.

• Enter the temple with shoes on.
• Enter the temple with loose hair.
• Wear shorts or overly revealing shirts or tank tops.
• Wear hats or caps.

These important guidelines help in maintaining an atmosphere of respect, purity, and traditional spiritual culture. Please don’t hesitate to ask our volunteers any questions you may have about the guidelines.
